Delivery Information

Delivery

We attempt to dispatch your goods 3 working days after receiving your order. However, we do maintain a 28 day delivery policy. Your goods will be delivered using registered post or next day delivery. When there is a delay to items sent outside the UK it is often due to your local mail service, please take this into consideration when waiting for delivery of your order. If, for some reason items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organise a replacement or back order, no payment will have been taken at this point and any part order will not be sent out for delivery unless requested.

If the customer supplies an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, Zinnia will not refund any delivery costs. The same applies to overseas orders, if your local postal service are unable to find your address to deliver your goods and the package is returned to us, Zinnia will not refund any delivery costs associated with the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter their address correctly and to make sure the address is known to their local postal service.

Delivery Charges

Zinnia reserves the right to adjust the delivery charges offered (pre purchase) as and when necessary. This measure has become necessary due to increasing fuel tariff passed to us by our carriers. VAT will be charged to shipping costs where applicable.

Returns

We want our customers to be happy. If for any reason at all you wish to return any items purchased from Zinnia, please follow these steps:

  1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us, in writing, of your intention to return it, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition, with any tags or labels and in the original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase using a 'signed for' delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way, and no refunds will be issued for items that do not arrive back safely in our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are well packaged and clearly labelled, including your name and address on the back.
  4. If a customer returns an item that is not re-saleable (and therefore not entitled to a refund/exchange) the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred to return the items.
  5. Any item purchased via telephone, mail order, on the internet or in person must be returned by post ONLY to:

  6. We aim to turn around returns and refunds within a few days of receiving them; however, during our busiest periods this process can be prolonged. We therefore maintain a 14 day returns completion period starting on the day we receive your package.

We value your feedback, and when you are returning an item please do let us know in full the reasons for this decision, whatever they are. With your help we can then strive to improve our product range and the level of service we offer you, our valuable customer. After all, without you we don't have a business, and our artisans in Egypt  will have less chance of making a good living.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery. 

Communication

We will attempt to communicate with mail order customers by email. All relevant information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
